Following an Open Procedure under the PCR 2015 preceded by substantial engagement with both residents and suppliers, the high performing Hull and East Yorkshire Housing Association Pickering and Ferens Homes supported by Tectum Procurement has recently awarded a contract to Malc Firth Landscapes Limited.
