Responsive Repairs & Maintenance Panel
Railway Housing Association owns 1,620 rented homes mainly located adjacent to the historical GNER railway network around Darlington, Doncaster, Durham, East Riding, Hull, Leeds, Newcastle, and York. Additionally, there is a 45 unit sheltered housing scheme in Hereford, however it is not included in this call to competition.
In order to ensure their homes are safe and a maintained to a high standard, they wish to appoint additional contractors, focused mainly on the following areas:

Upcoming Grounds Maintenance Opportunity
We are currently working with a Yorkshire & Humber based Housing Association to bring to market a Grounds Maintenance call to competition. GIS Mapping and GM bills of quantity for all schemes have recently been commissioned. The procurement, which has an estimated contract value of £200,000 per annum is expected to open early in the final quarter of the 2024 calendar year, with contract award before New Year, for a contract start at the beginning of the new growing season on 1 March 2025. We do not anticipate either Section 20 or TUPE considerations.
