Grounds Maintenance Opportunity

Tectum Procurement have been appointed by the high performing Hull and East Yorkshire Housing Association Pickering and Ferens Homes to manage the re-procurement of their Grounds Maintenance contract by way of an Open Procedure as defined under the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

Following extensive resident consultation to achieve the required specification and an in-depth GIS mapping project in partnership with ODC GIS to provide certainty about the volume and type of grounds to be maintained, the Initiation to Tender (ITT) was published on the Delta eSourcing platform on 14 November.

The competition closes at 23:55 on 23 December 2024 with contract award early February 2025, to mobilise for a late March 2025 contract start.

Because the ITT is now live, no communication is permitted outside of the Delta eSourcing platform. To maintain a credible audit trail for all communication, any emails directly to Tectum other than to request Delta access information, will be deleted unanswered.
