Upcoming Grounds Maintenance Opportunity
We are currently working with a Yorkshire & Humber based Housing Association to bring to market a Grounds Maintenance call to competition. GIS Mapping and GM bills of quantity for all schemes have recently been commissioned. The contract, which has an estimated contract value of £200,000 per annum and a term of at least five years (3+2) is expected to be published late in the 2024 calendar year, with contract award early in the New Year, for a contract start at the beginning of the new 25/26 FY.
